Building teamwork is the ongoing practice of activating people to be collaborative, focussed and accountable to one other.

When we don’t give team work the effort and attention it needs we can quickly find ourselves dealing with dysfunction, which is a handbrake to growth, a heart ache to manage and poisonous to profitability. Team-building ropes courses, go karting or paint balling days are fun but it’s not enough to make the difference.
